Good pole, easy to mount. The flag is a little on the thin side, Hard to get the creases out of it. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

A very large hole is required to drill into the kayak, not even a normal drill bit can be used. The size of the hole is like over an inch and a half. Poor design on the mount. I did like the pole however

I use this on a Freshwater kayak. I use it during the day. So I didn't need to pay the extra bucks for a light. Has worked out perfect. As an Added bonus, The ball is 1". So I've added a GoPro to it from time-to-time. Really like it. Good value for the buck.

I do a lot of kayaking in marshes with other boats, so I decided I needed to be seen. This works well. It does come with its own bracket, which I did not notice when I ordered it.

Just what i needed for kayak easy installment and it should keep me a little safer on the water be able to see me better I would recommend just for safety worth the money

The Safety Flag is excellent quality and easy to attach to our kayaks. This product arrived in questionable packaging and missing screws. But this terrific seller was solved our issue in a quick and satisfying manner. Great seller.

It works fine as flag but with a couple of warnings. I *always* clean with freshwater so it's a little frustrating.1. It's supposed to collapse but it's been frozen since first trip in saltwater.2. The grommets that hold flag to the pole are rusting badly after one season.3. The pole doesn't lock into the mount so you have to secure with leash.If you ignore these items it works fine for a flag.

Be seen on the water. This safety flag extends to make the kayak more visible.
