I was excited to have these in my brand-new bathroom. These do look good, but there's a major flaw with the bottom plastic stand for the middle piece.those plastic pieces come off very easy, and can slide into your drainage while cleaning. Which is exactly what happened with mine. You've to remove this heavy piece for cleaning every week because the small hair-catching bucket underneath gets blocked very quickly.Hopefully, those plastic pieces haven't clocked my pipes, but I am not able to take those out from there either.

Our contractor filled with the river rock tile that was used on the shower floor and people don't even notice the drain! When we point it out, the comments are "Wow" and "That's so cool". It pops out easily to access and clean out the hair/debris trap.

I am glad I got the recommended adapter kit. We floated the floor so we put a new base board down and the adapter was needed for that. With the stone floor, I like how the drain looks, operation is as expected. Only negative, it's thickness caused us to use more material to raise the floor base up higher.
