Its a good shower head extension. I'm not sure what else to write. The knobs show on the right, but if you adjust it before install, the knobs can also be on the left. You don't even have to tighten it down all the way for it to not spray water. Remember to buy Teflon tape.

Much better quality than I expected. Seems very heavy duty.

It's cheaply made, I put it in and it leaked all over near the joint on the top.

As expected, the installation was super easy. I sit on a stool in my shower and needed to lower my handheld shower assembly. I had to adjust it several times to find that sweet spot and was happy that it didn't leak at the joints each time I made an adjustment. My 6’ tall friend stays with me when in town and this is going to work perfectly for us both. I’m very happy and have found a great solution.

Im a first time homeowner and I need to eventually redo the entire bathroom, but this was way cheaper. I’m 5’10” and my husband is 6’2”: we don’t have to be acrobats to wash our hair anymore. Get some thread tape (and some plumbing sealant for good measure). You’ll need a wrench to tighten. Just be sure to protect the chrome finish with masking tape.
