This is a great shower set. The rain shower great and the high and low jets work great. The only issue and a fairly big issue with this system is that you have to install this at the height that is proper for the user. If you put this too high for a tall person, the short person will have jets aimed at the face. If you place the panel low, a tall person will hit their head on the rainfall shower head. The design could be improvement by having the rain shower adjustable so the arm tilts up to make it higher.

I always wanted one of those fancy shower panels with multiple jets, but I assumed they were crazy expensive. This Bathfinesse panel proved me wrong! The adjustable body jets provide a massage-like experience that's way better than my old single showerhead. The bamboo and stainless steel design adds a touch of natural elegance to my bathroom. Installation was a bit more involved than I expected, but the end result was totally worth it.

This shower panel looks so good and is high quality !!! It’s powerful and works really well. The instructions are a bit hard to follow and it did take us some time to install it, but, it was worth it !

Très beau modèle, le problème est que l'on ne peu pas utilliser les 8 jet en même temps, seulement les 4 du haut ou les 4 du bas. La tête parapluie n'est pas ajustable faisant en sorte que si tu l'ajuste à la bonne hauteur alors tu as les jet de corps en pleine face.

I purchased the Bathfinesse Shower Tower on December 5, 2023. Below are my PRO’s and CON’s. Obviously, I based my purchase on the written ad and pictures from the Amazon site.Here are my PRO’s and CON’sPRO’sReasonable priceAttractive looksThe spray from ALL the ports is strong if you want it too be strong.I liked the 5-year warrantyCON’sInstructions were poor to useless. One page with minimal verbiage.One of the factory installed hose clamps was installed incorrectly preventing the Shower Tower from fitting flush against the wall. Had to re-align this.One of the ad pictures shows that all the functions of the Shower Tower can be used at the same time being: Overhead, jets, handheld and tub filler. This is FALSE. You can only choose ONE at a time. For that matter, you can’t even turn on ALL the jets at the same time! You can only have the top four or the lower four on at a time. Not good.The ad states “Bamboo Wood and Stainless Steel”. In fact, there is no wood in this product. I’m actually glad as stainless will hold up much better than any wood.In the description it states: “After-Sales Service – Our product free replacement of any parts within 5 years. Any Questions? Contact us and we will reply you within 24 hours.” Only problem is that there is no contact info listed. Even doing a Google search, I could not find any contact info.No warranty paperwork or registration for this product to insure the 5-year warranty.The bottom line is that I find the ad for this product misleading. I purchased it because of the ad and description and it is not what I ordered. I do not recommend this product or purchasing any product from Bathfinesse. This will be going back.

This shower panel unit is definitely a game changer. It offers jets from various angles and places that add to a relaxing shower. I did need a plumber to install because installation for this was out of my pay bracket.

We actually purchased this for our spare bath that we are remodeling. Instillation was super simple which was very surprising. The water pressure is great and the unit looks amazing!!
