This is a great flour sifter. My husband wanted to get me a larger one but I prefer the smaller. It works just as it should. I get great sifted flour every time I use it. I recommend it to other bakers.

Been doing a little more baking as of late and I've found that I've been needing a flour sifter for my current needs. While I feel okay using this flour sifter at least it's been taking care of those current needs for me. The metal sifter feels slightly lacking in the material quality however, and I have to kind of watch what I'm doing as the handle can easily pinch your hand if not careful. One of the things I've noticed is the pin inside the sifter is quite loose and I'm worried that it might fail eventually, so that's something that I'll need to keep an eye on as I use this sifter quite a bit.All in all, I will admit it seems to be a bit pricey at $14.98 for the quality/feel of the sifter. If you purchase product just pay attention to the pin inside for any damages, wear and tear as it might fail at some point.
