This was a replacement for a cover that lost its spring and wouldn't stay closed. Easy to install. Fits perfectly. Does the job.

I bought these because I hate trying to plug into outdoor outlets because I am always fighting the covers and usually have to get on level with them in order to see the outlet in order to plug in. This angle cover allows you to see without having to get on the ground to plug in. They work great.

This appears it will shield weather well, but is a pain to install. Is simple, but the spring loaded cover makes it hard to get the top screw in. The horizontal type covers are much friendlier.

It is die cast solid metal receptacle cover and will never crack or yellow. Price is best feature. Not in "in use" cover however. Looks a lot nicer than the older cover.If you are going to use frequent fly get an "in use" cover.
