Our baby loves this set, they're easy to use. We threw away the caryring case, no idea what you'd need that for unless your daycare requires you send spoons? Plus you couldn't clean it out anyway... Yeah, can't think of a good reason to have the case. But the spoons are great! They go through the wash easily.

Very nice set that ticks a lot of boxes. The spoons have very flexible "bowls" on the end that will protect gums and developing teeth. The clear coating on the handles is quite "grippy" so will not easily slip out of your child's hands and the handles are long enough. The case is an opaque silicone that is also flexible and easily cleaned with soap and water. It closes securely and will keep everything safe. This is a very practical and appealing set that would work wonderfully for gifting.
