Got these for my dad, who cracks open a bottle of beer, takes 2 sips and forgets about it. So now, I pop one of these on, back in the fridge, cold bubbly beer ready for the next time. Keeps carbonation for 3-4 days. Do not put on right after you open the beer though. The pressure of the carbon releasing pops those suckers into the next room! Lol

These "Beer Savers - Silicone Rubber Bottle Caps" were cheap enough to try, and they do work for general coverage of the bottle, however the cap literally blew off my bottle of beer several times before I finished the drink. I can see this happening once bottle first opened and then capped, but not when half full 30 minutes later. The cap flew nearly 6 feet across the room and sounded like someone opened a bottle of Champagne. These caps need to fit more snuggly and not blow off.

These are so fun. They also work very well. We use them at the bar to make sure A. We aren't accidentally grabbing someone's drink. Especially someone's tobacco spit beer bottle yuck!!! I've seen it happen. B. Reduces the risk of being slipped a drug. C. Reduces accidental spills if table is knocked or bottle hit when walking around. And D. It's super cute to customize your drink. I recommend adding in a coozy for the ultimate beer customization.

first of all, these are cool even if they were loose on the bottle, but they are actually tight! They work great! I use these when I drink the big 22 oz bottles. Save the other half, till my first half is done. After leaving the bottle in the fridge with this cap on, when I take it off you can hear the air pressure come out. These things actually save your carbonation as well as protect against bugs and stuff! Great product! Ordering another set for my dad for Father's Day!

These little caps are great! I'm taking a stand that if you need to save a beer later, then you need to rethink your commitment to your drinking hobby. I think these caps are designed for brewers, to keep sanitized bottles clean and dry before filling. I got them to use on old beer bottles that have been repurposed into spice storage. Our house is overflowing with way too many spices in a variety of container sizes and shapes. I found it difficult to keep everything in one place with legible labels. The brown beer bottles will keep sunlight out of the spices so they can be stored on a shelf, and brown kraft labels allow us to create uniform labels. The soft silicone beer saver caps fit perfectly on all the bottles we've tried so far, and they are simple and quick to take off and on.

Fun stuff. I usually buy my beer in large 750ml bottles and after pouring a pint, I always feel weird just putting the open bottle back in the fridge to stay cool.These colorful little thingumabob's were the solution. Pop it on top, and now it's safe in the fridge. It may even keep the beer in the bottle if the bottle tips sideways.These DO NOT seal your beer bottles. You can't pay $5 for something that could seal beer bottles properly. Get with it people: Rubber can't keep carbonation sealed in a bottle unless there's a latch system in place like the Grolsch bottles.All these reviews about them not fitting, popping off and "not working" are completely ridiculous. These fit every type of beer bottle I have tried them on: 12-oz and 750-ml in various shapes.While essentially this item is completely useless, that's a part of the appeal for me: it's kitchy beer paraphernalia, it's a conversation piece, it's colorful, it can be used instead of those ridiculous drink tags people use, and the fairies and flies won't get to your beer!

I bought these originally as a gag gift for a friend that always puts the cap back on his beer bottle when we're at a cookout or party. They work well and he loved them. No more immediately flat and stale beer if he leaves a bottle in the fridge over night. More for keeping air and other contaminants out than keeping CO2 in though. Neat stuff, good for keeping bugs out of your beer while your cooking out or hanging out on a deck or other outdoor space. Wish I had some of these when in Africa - flies kept going for the beer bottle lip to have a quick sip!
