I owned a previous model of this vacuum cleaner, and this one is new and improved! It is very effective in cleaning, lightweight, quieter than my old model, and love the cordless feature.

Used once. The four lights on the battery pack never worked. Vacuum itself worked well. Won't work now, will not charge.

I am in love. This is my new favorite vacuum. Its so simple. Its lightweight. The bag change is easy. The suction is better than my dyson. It's not even very loud. Super easy to use since its self propelled. I can't stress enough how good this vacuum is!

I'm pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It's very easy to maneuver. It will lay flat when going under furniture. It's very lightweight and easy to pick up and move around. Basically it'sa no frills vacuum cleaner that's works well, above average on hard floors, great on carpet, and it's simple to maintain. On hard floors, the motor has an annoying high pitch that is muted on carpet. Highly recommend upgrading the wooden brushroll to a metal one the Riccar R10cv uses for even better carpet performance.

Got this vacuum thinking maybe it could replace our cordless shark, or maybe our secondary plug in shark that is upstairs, but 15 years old and making horrible noises.Upon receiving this new vacuum, it was fairly easy to put together, did need a screwdriver for the handle. However, the battery was pretty much dead and needed a charge, that took a good couple of hours or so.Using the vacuum the first time, it felt and behaved like a corded vacuum. It had the familiar sound, headlights, and roller bar auto start/stop when stepping on the lever to pull back the handle. It did well on the plush carpet we have- our corded vacuums have to have the suction lessened a bit so they don't get too bogged down on plush carpets. This vacuum did not need that, whether it's good or bad because it adjusts itself or just doesn't have the overall suction...I could not say for sure. But as a battery operated device, I would assume it's overall suction will not compete to a corded one.It made quick easy work of the carpets and floors, the battery lasted for the whole house, 2 stories. It was easy to maneuver and lightweight for a larger vacuum.Caveats are- it has no attachments. You cannot pull out the handle to have a hose to get into corners or hard to reach places. It also seemed to be challenging on getting all the way to the walls, your best bet is the going parallel with the wall, but still may not get right into the corners completely. Unfortunately, because of these limitations, it will not work as you're 'only' vacuum. It's nice to have it as a quick pull it out, vacuum a room real quick and be done, without pulling out cords. It's also nice for people who like to vacuum daily in that regard, but you'll still want a plug in vacuum with attachments to do a deep cleaning periodically. Finally, for a supplemental vacuum, this is a good chunk of change to spend and still have limitations. So I think if it happens to meet your requirements and you're okay with the price (or it goes on sale), I think the performance and ease of use is good. If you're looking for something that has more flexibility and have attachments, or getting into corners regularly is a concern, you may want to keep looking for other options.
