This camera is of good quality. The only downside is there is a little bit of a lag when someone moves and when it shows on the screen, but I do not think that should be a deal breaker for anyone.

There is a lot to absolutely love about this monitor. To access the camera, you first download a free app (available for both iPhone and Android). The camera then connects to wi-fi and you use your phone to access the feed, and all of the other features. Because it connects thru wi-fi, I never have to worry about being out of range like I did with my previous monitor, which wasn't useable even in my back yard. The camera feed is amazingly sharp with little to no lag even while using night vision. I find the sleep report helpful and love that it doesn't require a subscription. This unit is packed with features such as: 2- way talk, motion and sound monitoring, and musical soothing. I found the set up to be simple and installation fast.I really love this system for a toddler and older, but I would prefer having a dedicated screen for monitoring a newborn or infant so I deducted one star.
