This gun case is well made and I would compare it to what you would see in a museum. It was extremely easy to install especially after viewing the installation video on YouTube. I would highly recommend this gun case, especially as compared to others of lower quality and price. I can now display my late father's antique Colt Army Special 32-20 that was manufactured in 1920. If I had a need to display another firearm I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another of these gun cases.

Case is of decent build quality, and seems durable enough.Unfortunately, the engineering and design are not the best. And the instructions are simply terrible. I did not expect to have top spend 30 min "setting up" the box for displaying my beloved pistol.Anyway, it is on the wall, and functions, but I would not purchase again due to the clunky directions and assembly pains.

Great product. The green felt insert I ordered fit perfect, no issues. You will have to install the pistol mount yourself requiring a 1/4” drill bit and screw driver. Unexpected, but the nice part is you can place it wherever you need to center up the gun perfectly.It didn’t come with directions, but a 1 minute phone call to sfdisplay led to a quick email that fixed that issue.

The box itself is nicely made, and the glass is standard quality. However, the back is cardboard (???!!!!????!!!???) and is expected to hold a firearm? Absolutely ridiculous. A thin sheet of plywood would have taken this to a four star. Better yet would be a piece of wood. The felt liner doesn't fit well (it is gapped on one edge). How hard is it to cut a piece of felt lining? Charge more if you must, but don't waste my time and money by presenting a nice case which has corners cut to shave costs. Shame on you.

The box is very lightweight but looks very good. It is very suitable as a display for eyes only. Would not take a lot of handling or stress. I used mine to display a Navy Colt 38 as a wall hanging. It was worth the money and I was pleased with the result.

Did not meet my expectations. The case was nice, but there was no thought in how mount the provided mount, which in a word is "Gorpy" looking. I fabricated a much nicer looking method to mount the pistol.
