Product Specifications:

Steering Universal Joint, 3/4"-30 Spline to 3/4" DD. Total length: 83mm (3-1/4"), working angle: 35°Degree, operating speed/ rotational: 4000rpm.

Product Description:

1. WMPHE single steering shaft universal u joint is very suitable for steering applications of automobiles and is precisely manufactured for steering shafts. This U-joint is made of solid stainless steel, with a chrome-plated finish on the outside for some corrosion and rust resistance against humidity and ph.

2. You can use it on the steering column of the car to the steering box, these U- joints use needle roller bearings, which run smoothly and reliably, and realize the variable angle and power transmission between the rotating shafts.

3. Universal U- joint connector, just check our size pictures carefully to verify the size you need, this is universal, but sometimes requires some modification or manufacturing, please confirm whether it is suitable for your car or equipment before purchasing.

Note:

The DD shaft is a flat surface with semicircular end, the spline end is round with 30 teeth. If you use more than two universal joints in your system, you must use a support handle. If you also need to achieve a larger angle, it is recommended to add another U joint.

I’ve ordered two different ones from this seller. The first one was to small measured with my caliper tool it measured at 0.71 not 3/4 witch would be 0.75. The second one measured at 0.73 someone needs to learn how to do their job

I had to order two different size u-joints to build my steering shaft, both were made by this manufacturer. One fit perfectly, but this one isn’t even close. Both the spline end and the DD end are too small.

This worked out great! The finish is great and it is machined well.It is rather bulky so verify the measurements before ordering. The locking screws were too long for my needs so I cut them to length and ditched the locking nuts.I used it to mate a GM power steering box to and old Plymouth straight shaft steering column.
