No sure this really works. It goes on smooth and absorbs well. It doesn't seem to really enhance anything, or I haven't noticed any difference when I use it versus when I don't.

These are so nice and they smells so good. I like that it comes on separate packaging so you can keep him on your gym bag. They give some kind of heat to your skin and makes you sweat extra. Your sweat doesn’t stink because this lotion has a really nice and pleasant smell. I recommend

This cream really works! I put it on before my workout and when I finished I was completely drenched. Each packet has the perfect amount of cream to cover each part of your body. It’s important to follow the instructions because I forgot to take the cream off before getting in the sauna and my skin was on fire. Other than my own error I have no complaints.

These are surprisingly effective. My stomach was hotttt even when it was cold outside. Lasted for about an hour too. Can’t say if it really slims the treatment area, but it will keep you warm that’s for sure. And in theory that should increase lipogenesis.

Box contains individual packets for personal use, twelve (12) per box, and an amount of 0.42 ounces per package. Handy to throw in your gym bag, instead of having to take a large tube of around. I like the use and toss method of ease. I did not experience any harsh tingling, or burning although I did seem to be expelling more sweat than what I would other than with use of this cream. Or may I say I THINK I did? Hard for me to tell one the first few uses whether it is real? Or the power of suggestion just placing the thought to allow me to THINK I am. Either way, not any unpleasant effects were noticed during my first and second use of this product.My ankles seem to be retaining water lately, no idea from what as I have not been eating more salt? Anyway, I throughly covered my ankles and lower calves and then quickly covered in compression socks. Not sure if it is effectively a solution to the problem but great for a temporary fix none the less.I find it amusing that we now use a cream to make us express the very thing that we spend so much on trying to keep dry, lol. Just my humor I guess, but no unpleasant odor was noted either.Yes, I know sweat has an odor, but none from the actual cream, was identified. the cream was non greasy and seemed to easily remove when showered after. As with many items as this, only time will tell how effective. But for now? I am pleasantly fine with all in the use and effect of the Sweatpro Cream. If your looking for this type of a product? I would recommend trying this cream as many people do not like the tingling, and menthol scent often associated with this type of cream and I noted neither. So we shall proceed, and yes, a satisfied customer! Thank you!

I used this cream today before my workout. I followed the instructions that state not to rub in the cream but to spread it over the areas you want to sweat. I used one pack which was enough to cover both arms, my torso and shoulders. There was a little bit left for my legs. The instructions say not to rub in the cream, to make it dissolve, so I did my best to spread it out without being to thick but just enough where there was a visible thin layer of the cream. I wore my sauna jacket and did a resistance training for an hour and this cream heated up rather quickly once my heart rate was up. I felt the burn in all the parts I applied the lotion. I sweated a lot faster than I normally would without it. I don't know about the claim that this is a slimming cream but it definitely felt hot even when I was done with my workout. I took a shower after and my skin felt warm but not hot. I will continue using these packets with all my workouts to see if it makes a difference in weight and sculpting- I focused more on my arms today and then followed up with a total body workout. I would consider myself intermediate when it comes to exercise. The cream itself does not have a noticeable smell. It has a smooth consistency, it's not runny and I feel like you got a decent amount for each packet. This is worth trying for someone interested in shedding some pounds or would like to intensify their workouts.
