This sisal is pretty much as expected, though it didn't come on a spool. While it doesn't affect the quality of the product itself, it does affect it's ease of use. It would be a much better experience to work with if it was rolled neatly on a spool rather than just piled in a bag. I wasn't going to take any stars away but I think it is misleading to have the first picture of the product displayed on a spool when it doesn't actually come that way.Overall, the sisal itself if mostly as expected, but unpleasant to use when its just rolled into a pile in a bag rather than neatly on a spool.

La corde est belle et de bonne qualité, mais nous n'avons pas reçu la bonne longueur de corde... ça indique 50m de longueur dans la description et nous avons reçu beaucoup moins.

Excellent quality. Tightly woven and soft. Perfect for replacing the jute on my cat scratch post. Very happy. Highly recommend!
