After heat applying, simply peel the carrier hot and heat press a second time to activate the puff. Designs will not only expand into 3D, but they’ll also give off a beautiful gold or silver sheen! Perfect for big and bold artwork, Easy Puff Metallic has a unique look unlike anything you’ve seen before! Unlike traditional Easy Puff, a 2-press application is required to achieve the puffy effect. Because proper pressure is crucial to activating the puff, a heat press is recommended for application. Due to the nature of this material, layering is not recommended. Easy Puff Metallic is CPSIA certified and safe for children’s clothing. The strength of the puff effect varies depending on the fabric used for application. Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent. Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not bleach or dry clean. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.

UpdateI got an auto press and the vinyl is great!!!! It was the press that awful.Vinyl wrinkles and does not puff up at all. Followed instructions exactly.

Terrible. Didn't puff, peeled right off the fabric. Tried 280 for 10 seconds and it didn't stick at all. Tried an additional 10 seconds and again nothing. tried 290 and barely stuck with no puff and the raw white edges curled outwards. Tried 300 and it melted into goo. (each of these were on a separate section and on 100 percent cotton). Have done the other siser easy puff colors without a problem so this was disappointing.

i tried 300 for 10 seconds, peeled and then 8 more seconds. no pufftried 290 for 10 seconds, peeled then 8 more, no pufftried 310 for 8 seconds, peeled then 8 seconds, TOO HOT, WRINKLEDI gave up, ordered another brand and it was great!

I followed the instructions....reduce the heat and added more pressure... still got bad results
