Good quality for weekend riders or just for an aesthetic. Look high mileage high usage. The pad was not very durable and ended up tearing off after about 8 months. Still think it's of good quality. Might have just been user mistake. The stitching on it seemed very nice and even the fitment was a direct fit. No issues, no drilling, no grinding bolted right to the rear subframe of a 2007 Dyna. The installation was very simple. Basic hand tools comfort the back pad sits kind of low, but that is the overall style of the backrest. Good value for the money. If you're looking for a low sitting backrest that doesn't stand up halfway up the bike, it was definitely a good buy. Only issue was the pad tearing off of its Mount
