I assumed since the product said it would seal/stick to almost any kind of floor, it would do just that. However, it does not stick to my vinyl plank flooring - therefore, I can't use that for situps.

This product is great for training at home. Its small enough to be easily stored when not in use. It came pretty much put together but was easy to assemble the small number of parts that required assembly. It is very sturdy. It can be used on hard floor with the sturdy suction or it can even be used on carpet without it sliding. The bands are very strong and durable. There are multiple ways that it can be used. Instructions are clear. I recommend this product.

I ordered this mainly to help with sit ups. The suction keeps it from moving on the floor, and really helps keep my feet flat. There are so many other features on this, I am using the tension ropes as well, although I still need some practice. The price on this is really good, it takes up little space to store, and can be moved to different rooms in the house to use wherever it’s convenient.

I took it for a beginner, my 13 year old son always asks his sister to hold his feet while he does sit-ups, something she hates doing! HERE IS THE SOLUTION! IT IS A SUPER GOOD IDEA AS WELL AS BEING VERSATILE SINCE IT ALLOWS YOU TO DO MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF ROUTINE! Now the space is small, you can easily move it, and it has insurance for the elastics (they must have a name, but I don't know), they secure the elastics, as I already said, without fear of having those accidents that we see on the RRSS. IT IS A DEVICE THAT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR WHAT IT IS MADE FOR. 5 OF 5.

Our sit up bar is one that fits on the bottom of the door and it is always in the way. I bump it every time I go by and it rattles. I love how this one attaches. We’ve had some difficulty with getting it secure but mainly because of our exercise area setup. I love the attachment that add some variety to plain sit-ups and crunches. This bar is good quality, the suction cup is ok, and it’s a great size. It works well for both me and my smaller wife; money well spent.

I was really hoping this would hold in place for me but it pops up sometimes. I don't know if that's because of my weight or if I'm doing it wrong because when my smaller son uses it, it holds in place fine. It theory it's an excellent product. It makes working out by yourself and at home much easier. It comes with everything you need to get the most out of it. It can be used for sit ups and with the bands on it, it works out your arms and core. I'm a plus size girl so I'm thinking my weight has something to do with it holding in place so I'd keep that in mind. If it would've held for me, it would have gotten 5 stars. I still totally recommend it.

This helps make solo sit ups easier. It is comfortable and easy to use. It is made with durable materials and will hold up well.

Do not waste your time money or energy buying this thing it will not stay suction cup to the floor
