Great for a small tea party or such to hold a few pieces of fruit or for individual butter pats. They are cuter than functional. I love them to add a small pop of color. Easy to clean and I throw them in the dishwasher. Light weight but sturdy. Would buy again. Smaller than a ramikin but good for thicker sauce like ketchup, nothing runny.

I bought 6 sets, one for me to use as kitty dishes and five for fam and friends for their kitties. Every set was basically white. You can only tell they’re the palest of blue when they are sitting on something that’s actually white. That being said, they are adorable and I love feeding my kitties with them.

Bought two sets of these porcelain dipping dishes. The color says they are pale blue, which they are, but they are such a light, light blue that they can pass for the palest green, which is really what I wanted in the first place. I love them! The inside of the dishes are smooth and the outside are like a scalloped flower. I use them for individual condiments and dips. Very pleased!

These are very cute dipping bowls! I gave for stars because the bottom of the bowls are rough/unfinished. I used a fingernail file and gently went over the bottom of the bowls to smooth them. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase.

These are sturdy, well-crafted bowls. No chips, flaws, or discolorations. Lightweight, dishwasher-safe, nicely sized for a light snack.I can comfortably put 1/2 cup or more of delicious Trader Joe's Sesame Honey Cashews into one of these bowls. (Should I often be filling these bowls with 1/2 cup or more of dTJSHC? No.) Even a generous muffin will sit in the flat middle part, and there will be at least a little space around the scalloped edges if a few crumbs fall around the edges.I've dishwashered (is that a word?) them more than a dozen times and they are still in perfect condition.The bowls are an EXTREMELY pale blue, almost not blue at all. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's something to know.Why 5 stars? They're adorable, they're dishwasher-safe, they hold a handful of snacks, they're stylish, they're well-made. They came in a small box with some styrofoam around them, which helped them arrive unscathed. I didn't find the packing excessive (one of my pet peeves). The color matched what I saw here, but I was still surprised at how barely blue they are.BONUS CAT BOWL INFO: While these are the perfect size to hold a can of wet cat food, they're not great for that purpose. The scalloped edges and the ever-so-slightly too high sides make it difficult for me to recommend them for this purpose. ("Whisker fatigue," which is a ridiculous first-world cat problem, would be triggered by these bowls.) My cats ran the bowls around the edge of the kitchen for several minutes trying to lick up the last bits of food. If you need a good small dishwasher-friendly ceramic wet cat food bowl, try "FUYU 6pcs Cute Cat Multipurpose Ceramic Sauce Dish." They're equally adorable and correctly themed for cats.

Although the dishes are finished nicely on top, the bottom rim is not finished at all. It is so rough that it would easily scratch a table if it were set directly on the wood. Very unsatisfactory.

These dishes are adorable, and the perfect size and the dreamiest color.. however I so sad… EVERY dish has blemishes. Black dots that in the glazing finish, and will not come off. Some are faint, but each dish has one that is very pronounced as shown in the photo.This may not be a big deal to someone.. but for me.. it looks like these dishes are dirty, and lets be honest no one wants to be eating off dirty dishes. I purchased these dishes for a dinner part I was hosting.. so even more so the idea of hosting a party with dirty dishes, kinda gross. If I had more time I would order another set and see if they came in with the same ‘dirt spots’. But I don’t have enough time.Overall, they are very cute.. I am sad about the spots…. Possible worth a shot if you have time to order them more than once ( it could just be a bad batch)
