Knee Pads
To ensure a good knee pad fit, measure the circumference of your extended knee and match to these sizes listed: XS 10 - 12 inches, S 12 - 14 inches, M 13 - 16 inches, L 15 - 18 inches.
Elbow Pads

What a deal! You get all the protection you need in one box! Everything fit great and felt comfortable and functional. Now I ordered these for a costume but if u don’t keep them I’ll donate them to someone who can get real use out of them. Very nice bundle.
