Wouldn't work with my board no way to connect their chip

Controller worked fine for a few weeks then began to fail. Until it completely failed and locked my board on full throttle due to connection loss.

This remote is great does everything you need it to do for electric skateboard. With three speed modes and smart reverse you can comfortably cruise or full out send it with confidence. Definitely a great option for the diy. All the included features make it worth the price and it feels pretty durable. Decent battery life too.

Good form, as pistol grips go, but not so good function and durability. The telemetry never worked accurately; distance and speed always half the actual figure. Screen brightness is not adjustable. After 2 years, would loose signal connection and have to perform pairing frequently. Recently, it gave up the ghost and wouldn't pair with the receiver (even after multiple esc resets). Made for a long 3 mile walk dragging a 45 lb mountain board in subfreezing temperature. This was enough for me to order a Hoyt St Puck; better reliability and durability as per the esk8 forum.
