As a couple of other reviewers have mentioned, I was pleasantly surprised to receive this “soft” case and discover that it’s actually quite a bit firmer than I expected. It should provide very good protection for my FCB1010. Length and width fit very well, but top to bottom, it flops around inside the case. I don’t think this will be a problem; I can always get some foam rubber or a pillow, or have my wife make a small quilt… 😏A couple of reviewers have also mentioned that it seems “expensive”… I guess it is, but considering that it’s almost a hard shell case, I would say it’s worth it Fr the protection and durability; I was also very lucky to find a used one here on Amazon for less than half the usual price…Since I’m going to be using the FCB1010 to control synths, effects, and a looper on my iPad, I was hoping the accessory pocket would have room for it, and it does; my 10” iPad Air 3 fits in the pocket just fine, including its own protective case; the pocket also has room for the FCB1010’s AC cord.

This is an excellent case for holding the Behringer FCB1010 MIDI foot controller. It is very well made and the outside compartment holds all of the cables I need to power the foot controller and patch my FCB1010 into my amp and effects rack. However, it's very expensive and is arguably more case than the average working musician needs. If you're performing and traveling frequently with this MIDI foot controller, then perhaps it's worth the investment in a good case like one. However, for the average part-time musician that performs on weekends here and there, it's probably overkill. Unfortunately, I don't think there are other cases that fit the FCB1010 as well for a reasonable cost as compared to this one.

This case is awesome. It fits my Kemper pedal board perfectly along with room for my expression pedals. The case is built very sturdily and although it's described as a soft case, it does have some properties of a hard case. I like this case so much in fact, that I'm going to buy another one to carry my guitar stand, extra cables, microphone, and other guitar accessories. I highly recommend this case.

Very nice case.... I personally use it for transport protection for my DJ mixer, a Numark Mixtrack Pro 3. Fits like a glove in it... half an inch more, it wouldn't fit. I have a little extra room on the side for cables and accessories.Nylon fabric is good and the handle as well. For durability, time will tell.

Brilliant product. Makes carrying my footswitch much easier and protects it from bumps and scratches on the go. Slight rattle when done up as the compartment is just slightly larger than the footswitch but wouldn't be a reason not to buy.

I bought this case two years ago, and I,m happy because it did the job; very solid unit and you should never worry about your FCB1010 MIDI controller.I stopped using my controller (which I used to control my POD XT) and used the case as a pedalboard at home and going to the church sometimes; as a pedalboard, you must never try it, because it does not detach.In general I must say this is a great Unit; I used to carry my cables, my L6 POD power supply and I cannot complain. 5 stars :)

Contrary to some reviews, this case is NOT a perfect fit for the FCB1010 pedalboard. There are a couple of inches in every dimension that allow the FCB to flop around inside the case. You will have to get some foam padding to line the case and make it a snug fit for the protection of the FCB. Other than that, the case is VERY light weight, and has a convenient zip pocket for the FCB power cable. And for the cost, it's probably the best option out there.
