Totally not happy with the product quality or the customer service. It is an expensive case for poor quality. My fiancé said this will not be strong enough and will break quickly… how much did you pay!!! I figured it was safe because it was Amazon only to find out they expect meTo pay for the return postage of this very large crappy case. The cost to send it back would be like getting very little back… I reached out again and they are sticking with the you have to pay to return it….

Durable and heavy duty case. Wheels are the best part, especially when you pack it as full as I do with all my stands, accessories, drum shoes, fan, etc etc. Highly recommended, well worth its cost.

I purchased this for my husband so he could store all of his stands. It is perfect. It is much larger than expected but easy to transport due to the handles and wheels. I’m thrilled to have all of his stuff stored and off of the closet floor. I would 100 percent buy this again.

This large but excellent quality road case is perfect for any drummer! The larger size does increase the weight once it’s all loaded up of course, but it’s got great handles and casters which help a lot. Plus all your gear including your drum throne can fit in one place! It’s pretty awesome. SKB cases rule and this is no exception!

Are use this case to hold a bunch of camera equipment and it works really well. It's a much better value than pelican. That said I will say it's not quite as strong as a pelican case but for my needs it works great. I'd highly recommend. I do wish the case was waterproof and they do have more expensive options that are waterproof but again for the money this is amazing!

Had been looking for a replacement case for sometime as the one I had was showing its age and splitting! Decided on SKB as design looked good with the wheels and I was impressed with the Bass Drum case I recently purchased. Also great that SKB now becoming available in UK via Amazon! So about the case .... This Hardware case is big and appears a very robust construction. This easily holds all my cymbal stands, HH, floor tom stand, snare stand, tom tom mounts, stool and seat, bass drum pedal (in its box!) and my drum mics (also in their case) all the hardware appropriate for a 5 piece kit, and has space to spare! Fits in my Nissan xtrail no problem. Before you buy make sure you check the dimensions... this is a large case so you may want to check it fits in your vehicle ok and check that everything else that you take on a gig will fit round it! I had to rejig how I load up as this case is a bit wider than my previous one. Made it a bit tight having this case and the bass drum side by side.. but worked out ok. The case is quite heavy when full. However I find that even though I now have more items in this case (pedal and mics) it is much easier to manoeuvre because of the wheels. Its a bit like having a sack barrow built in! So easy to steer round corners, relatively easy up and down steps. I find loading into the car the tricky part, best to lean the case on the bumper and then lift and push in... but easier if you can get someone to help for 5 mins! The other advantage is that I don't have so many trips back and forward to the car as more stuff is now in the case! So slightly quicker setting up and breaking down! Good robust and relatively comfortable handles on the sides (no bare metal digging in your hands!). Handles built in to the ends of the lid and also the folding handle for wheeling it around. The wheels are built in to the case and look robust... time will tell as I have to navigate concrete steps on a few of my gigs. The straps and connectors appear strong. Overall a good robust case which seems made for the job with some thought gone into the design. Time will tell on its durability .... I will plan to post back over time ..

I'm a semi-pro drummer & mostly use a drum rack. I have the medium size SKB case I that holds/transports the minimal amount of hardware (snare stand, hi-hat stand, throne, kick pedal & carpet) that I need for that set up.Since I play several different genres of music, my set up/needs change depending on the gig & was tired of opening the medium case every other gig to add or remove various hardware. Thus I had the need to have a 2nd hardware case that with hold traditional cymbal stands, along with a snare stand, hi-hat stand, throne, kick pedal & carpet. Since the medium SKB case has been great, I decided to stick with SKB & upgraded to the large case. I was pleasantly surprised that this case is a lot larger than I thought. Now I can just "grab & go" the appropriate case for my gig.

Its a great case but be warned, it will NOT fit the crossbars from a Pearl ICON 3 sided rack. With the case empty and laying the bar diagonally across the case, absolutely maximizing the possible space, it's several inches too small. I bought this because of that review, and it's a lie. Now I have a sweet, expensive hardware case to hold everything BUT the 3 crossbars of my rack. Ugh.

I did not buy this to carry hardware. I created dividers in the case to carry all my e-drum trigger pads. I can carry my entire e-kit (minus the rack) in this one tote. It not only simplifies moving my drums, but will last a lifetime of punishment.

I have a fairly big kit; 3-sided Pearl Icon rack system with 7 cymbal booms and other mounts for auxiliary and electronic percussion. And ALL the hardware, including throne, fit into this beauty. The icon cross bars are 42" and they just fit, but without forcing it.Granted, you put that much metal into one container and it's HEAVY. But, if you're a drummer you should be in shape, nes pas?It has great, smooth wheels with a stout handle so getting it from stage to vehicle is not too bad. It has really great molded handles in the top, so if your a girly man you can still get some help lifting into your transport. This is the case every guy with a rack system should get.
