Slip yoke seemed to have a bit of wear was worried the seal wouldn’t fix the leak but did. One week still no visible leaks.

Used this seal on the transfer case output for my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Classic with the 6.6 Duramax, Allison 6 speed. Lubed the seal with Vaseline & ATF and installed with a short piece of 3" PVC sewer pipe so as to not damage the seal. Works great! No more leak on the underside of my pickup.

Fit my 07 LBZ dmax. Easy to install. I used a PVC fitting from Home Depot to drive in the seal. No more leaks what more could I ask for.

Worked great for the duramax new process transfer case (261 or 263 XHD). It looked almost identical to the seal I removed, including the clocking of the weep hole and index mark. I assume SKF made the OE seal, and added a couple casting marks since then, or revised the molds to make the seal. This was on a 2006 truck, so it should work for all of the classic body styles. The non-xhd seals are too small for the slip yoke, so make sure you get the right seal. Went in without any fuss, just make sure to lube with some atf, and it will push in with your hands. I tapped around the edge with a soft drift to make sure it fully seated, and it hasn't leaked in the past month. The seal is a little stiff when cold, but the atf and a little warmth made it as supple as the original seal, which lasted Mark.Make sure to lube the lips before stuffing the slip yoke in. Dry starts on seals tend to eat them up, especially when the yoke slips in and out.
