Works well with Uni-strut channel. Good quality, durable and rolls easily in the Uni-strut, does not work with shallow uni-strut. Good mounting surface, provided screws were too short for my application, purchased 5mm 2in long screws and worked well. I would recommend for a small overhead trolley system

The three tapped holes are actually threaded for a 10-32 screw.M5 screws are provided and they fit but being smaller they should not really be used as they are much easier to pullout.The hole spacing is 1" which is also not metric which makes sense with 10-32 screws.
