This thing constantly needs to be rebooted. I feel it works best when in the same room. Otherwise it’s sturdy, fun to chase your animal around.

The app is terrible, it never connects to the camera on its own, I finally figured out that by changing the volume in the app the camera turns. I also have to delete and re-add the device every time it charges and so when I’m on a long trip I can’t have the cat sitter charge it for me so it works for about 3 days on one charge and that’s only using it to feed treats. Maybe if you work outside the home and want to see your pets during the day it could work but otherwise it’s just frustrating.

I have received the order safely. the item is good, hopefully it can be useful and last long...After using it for a few days, I really like how easy it is to use this product. and the materials used are very satisfying, I really like this item!

This device is so much fun with your dog. It actually works as advertised. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Definitely worth buying.

This product is a disaster. The setup instructions are terrible and offer no help. The app does not work and is utterly worthless. The website offers no help. It simply is impossible to use, will not work, and is a complete rip-off. Unless you are looking for an expensive door stop, DO NOT BUY.

A really cool interactive toy that our dog really enjoys playing with. It works well with the app. She likes getting the treats too.

I loved the idea, it is a great way to check up on your dog at home alone. The only flaw for my dog was that I put dog food in it as treats. I believe my dog thought it was a new kind of kong and her job was to get the food out. Needless to say, the SKYMEE is very resilient. While my dog destroyed the wheels I'm hopeful I can work with the manufacturer to purchase new wheels and it will be good as new.I would suggest if you have a food-happy dog I would not put any food/ treat inside and share that ability. It is for the owl's robots' protection. It also performs best on hard floors.Update- I asked how to buy new wheels and the seller is sending me replacements for free! Great seller!
