this is a SPLIT sleeve bearing.it has a longitudinal cut in the axial direction,therefore the ID and OD are loosey gooseyand it will adjust to the hole (or bolt) it is used with.otherwise it seems to have good fit and finish,but i will not use it for my needle bearing application.to the supplier, please add a better description and photo.
