About this item

  • Precision Computer Pre-Cut Vinyl Film
  • Gloss Surface with Adhesive Backing
  • Simple & Easy Mod for an aggressive look

Our kits are precision computer pre-cut and are made with a high performance translucent softened PVC film with UV-stabilizers & gloss surface with adhesive backing. The material are applied in a manner similar to vinyl stickers/graphics. It will enhance the appearance of your vehicle, and will not crack, yellow, shrink or peel over time. This kit is design to be permanent, but can be remove at anytime without damaging your lights. This film is made to withstand any weather condition, high speed, debris, and pressured car washes. When comparing to taking your lights apart and painting the inside which will lead to uneven color, the old fashioned clip-on/double side tape that are easily stolen, and is much more troublesome and permanent. The static cling style, with moisture, will crack and eventually fall off. This is a much better alternative. It is a simple and easy method without having to spend hundreds on modification. Install the pre-cut overlays over the exterior of the light. The light does NOT need to be removed in order to install this. Installation instructions are included.

The tint on the reflectors were a bit challenging for this newbie, but took my time, followed instructions, watched a few videos, and they came out looking really good. Soapy water, tint squeegee, hair dryer, exacto knife, and a lot of patience.Found spraying or getting the lens first helped with positioning. Pull the tint from backing, but keep the top layer on. Careful to not remove the top layer. It's easy to move around when lenses are wet. Once you're satisfied with position, slowing start using squeegee to apply pressure. I used a windshield wiping motion. After you've removed the soapy water, you can take off the top layer and finish it off. Tint is bigger than lense and that's when you'll need the exacto knife. Take your time cutting and pushing the tint back, might peel off a little. Hair dryer will help during this process too. Use the hair dryer to help adhesive secure tint afterwards. Good Luck!

The quality of the material is great! But the results cost me exponentially more than the price of the product because it didn’t go on properly, was misshapen, and ended up getting redone by tint professionals who charged a bit more than these cost. If they had worked it would’ve been cool. But they didn’t so I ended up wasting money. The idea is there but application for the average person is nearly impossible; patient or not.

Ordered these cutouts to avoid the need to cut and shape it myself. Still needed to be trimmed to fit properly, and ended up creasing and folding.
