A good replacement for b body wagon for the third brake light. The cruise won’t work if the hmsl isn’t working. This was an awesome replacement part.

I set up a license plate lighting system for my trailer by using the aluminum post connected to the contact pad in the trailer. The gate comes off the trailer and when it goes back into the frame slot and all the lights are on the license plate light turns on.

The product works as intended. Only thing is, the holes for the screws might not line up to your particular application, in my case, a 2001 Gmc Safari. What you can do is, use a drill bit to make the hole bigger and go from there.

I waited for a long time for this to arrive. It came straight from CHINA. The product is functional. The first most obvious design flaw is that the 2 "halves" don't exactly line up vertically. I.e.: the center to center top to bottom, are not the same dimension between them. They do touch when aligned, but they do not contact on centers. The posts are spaced wider than the flat plates, again, when measured on centers. The materials are fair. The supplied templates for drilling, are not accurate. My application is on a classic car, I was hoping to avoid running wires through the door jamb and into the door. My experience is that wires by themselves eventually fray or break, and possibly short out. Something like this product, when executed correctly, would be a solution.
