3/8-Inch-1/2-Inch Ratcheting Chain Load Binder. All traditional chain load binders are constructed of drop forged steel for strength and durability and are Grade 70 for use with transport chain. They are available in traditional Lever, Recoilless and Ratcheting models, and are finished in a red E-coat paint. They meet or exceed WSTDA T-6 standards.

Like the automatic stop to keep the treads from coming along the way out. It took a lot of work / lubricant to loosen the racheting mechanism . Now after several months of use they are working great.

Helps to spray carburetor cleaner through it to help take some of the paint off the ratchet mechanism. Works good if you spray it with PB Blaster and let it soak, then spin the ratchet around by hand for a while to get it loosened up. Once you work on it then it works very well. Be sure the handle is tied or restrained after installing or trailer vibration will allow it to 'unwind' and loosen up.
