SlipDoctors Bonding Agent is designed to enhance and improve adhesion of coatings that have an increased risk of bonding issues. It can be mixed into a variety of coatings without altering the appearance or function of the coating. Coatings that contain SlipDoctors Bonding Agent mixed in the first coat will have an increased functional life and increased resistance to corrosion, cracking or flaking. SlipDoctors Bonding Agent is an easy solution for promoting adhesion for surfaces that cannot easily be sanded or etched, for surfaces that have a questionable risk of coating failure, and when top coating of water-based products over oil-based bottom coats. To use, mix two ounces of SlipDoctors Bonding Agent with each gallon of product that will be used on your first coat. Follow coating manufacturer instructions for coating application.
