I purchased this for a great price on Black Friday, it took a month to arrive as the “expected arrival” date kept getting pushed out further and further. It wasn’t delivered until after Christmas (Dec 28) to my surprise the company had sent the next size up from what I ordered. Thankfully I wasn’t purchasing it to go in an area that was already sized (purchased 36” received 41”) I can only guess they may have been having issues fulfilling orders and sent what they had because it was originally supposed to be a two day prime delivery.I set it up and all was good, the only thing I didn’t like about it was the LOUD beep it made when turning on or changing functions, I really loved it!Now barely 3 month’s later (with only occasional use) I turn it on and it’s starts smoking and letting out this horrible burning smell. I have mine as a “table top” set up so there is absolutely nothing around it and it’s dusted every few days. I unplugged it and was able to avoid an actual fire but now I’m afraid to plug it back in, I’ll have to get help to take it out of my house to even take a look at it because I’m too scared to try plugging it in again.Less than 3 months and I don’t have use of this item…. I was really expecting it to last longer.I reached out to Amazon to request the company email for this item so I can report this as a safety concern.

This fireplace is pretty amazing. We got the 60” with the remote/app combination. First, it was extremely easy to install. We recently just built this entertainment wall and we did was make a cut in the plywood with the exact measurements, inserted the fireplace and anchored it down with the nails that were included. No need to make a brace for it because it is pretty lightweight.Second, when it’s movie night and lights are dim, this fireplace really shines! It’s super bright and I love how you could change colors of the flames and the bed to match the vibe you want.Third, the remote is pretty simple and easy to use.Fourth, we have not used the app at all. Just feel like it is overkill but my wife wanted it ….Lastly, we only got it for the aesthetic but we tested out the heating function and it actually works very well, and surprisingly is not noisy.All in all, this is a perfect fireplace to meet all your needs weather it is for aesthetic, heating a room/living room or want something easy to install.

This fire place check all the boxes for me.✅Remote control✅iOS App✅voice control✅color change for flame & carbon✅speed and brightness settingsProvides a great ambiance for my living room. Everyone that came over during the holidays mentioned how great it looked.Like the speed & brightness settings for the flames but I honestly don’t tinker with it much. While I do change the color depending on what I’m watching my wife keeps it to what she considers real life colors for flame and carbon.The only thing that keeps it from five stars for me is that the logs it came with were too small for my taste. I ordered a thicker set of logs.I would also note that the heater output is minimal. This wasn’t a big deal for me but I’m not depending on this unit to keep a room warm.

Hey I had problems with unexpected cricket sounds. They have responded me very quickly with video instructions to resolve the problem. Video was specifically made for my problem & solution. It works. I am extremely happy. This is a very trustworthy product & support.
