I usually won't purchase items that are new and/or just do not have reviews, but I liked the setup of this one and I took a chance on it. I am not disappointed, the unit works great! So far, anyway. It's only been two days. I'll update this review if I have any unusual issues, but I don't expect to.I was a little discouraged with the mounting system as it was too loose and the seat would move around a lot. That was mostly fixed by using nuts and washers with the supplied bolts, rather than using the supplied rubber insert things. There is still room for improvement with that, but otherwise this seat is fantastic. Every function works perfectly. I really like it a lot more than others I've tried.A couple other very minor nitpicks are: it uses about 300 watts more than the label says. So it uses about 1300 watts. I installed a new circuit for this, as trying to use most anything else but small things at the same time on a 15 amp circuit is probably going to trip the breaker. Not a big deal. Most other seats like this also should be on a separate circuit. Also, it would be nice if the light for the bowl were just about any other color than that bright blue LED "wake me up in the middle of the night" color. That is a very small issue, as I have a normal night light in the bathroom anyway.Overall, I'm very impressed with this seat, and I would purchase again.

Love it! Install was a challenge in the tight space. Testing it out in the picture and it works great. Great water pressure and the dryer also works great. Great buy for the price. Plan on getting another one for my husband.
