I purchased this 6 months ago and have only used it a few times. Everything was going well until today, when probe 2 is either no longer connecting to the base or isn't reading temperature. I've cleaned the probe thoroughly, but get no temperature reading. Most disappointing is that I can't find where to get support from the manufacturer.

These are so easy to use when using the handheld with the probes, it is so convenient that I never needed to try the app. The battery is very long lasting. They are accurate and easy to store. The only issue I have noticed is that it is hard to tell the probes apart, because the identifier is only raised slightly on the very end of the probe.

I was really excited about the idea of a Bluetooth meat thermometer, but this product did not meet my expectations at all. The setup was confusing, and I had to try several times to get the app to connect. Even after I finally got it connected, the temperature readings were off by a good 10–15 degrees compared to other thermometers I have. The probes kept disconnecting from the app over and over.The Bluetooth range is terrible too! I had to stay right next to the grill for the app to work, which defeats the purpose of having a wireless thermometer. It also feels cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth the price.Save your money and look for a more reliable thermometer. This one was a complete waste of time and effort.

This thing honestly sucks. It doesn't go above 212°, and anyone who says they use it for brisket is lying. You need 225-250 for a brisket and this stupid thing won't even go there. The timer doesn't go above an hour and a half, and the way the handheld device operates really is bad design and poor quality. Definitely don't buy this, and invest in a better one. This one is awful, and I wish i could get my money back. Directly on top of my smoker and won't connect! Absolute trash. Waste of money. Do not buy!!!!!!

This product I have had for a few months. It has been a great assistant for cooking my briskets. Quick setup, Simple to use, you’ll love it. Has an app for the phone so you can control it there and check on things while you are out of range. Range is only as far as you can see the device. These wireless thermometers are worth every penny.

Tried this with my PB cooker and I was not impressed. It kept going in and out of range. My cooker is about 300 to 350 ft away from the house, so that may have something to do with it. Only problem is, it says one can be as far away as 500ft if paired to cell phone, but it does not work for me. I can fiqure it out with in deph trouble shooting, but I just want to cook, so my last couple of cooks, I did not us it. It's just to much trouble.Although I may be biased since my 3 Camp Chef pellet grilles, with built in probes works over bluetooth and Wifi flawlessly and once set up you never have to touch them again. Just activate the app, select temp, meat type, ETC and your cooking. But with Vacuum Sealers, I have to reprogram it evey time. To me it is not worth the hassle. I just want to cook, set it and forget it. I can do this with my pellet grills, but not with this guy.
