Perfect! I had to return another brand because it failed within a couple weeks. This one holds the perfect amount of fluid, it warms in a short period of time, it is easy to use and incredible customer service. I intend to buy another for the office.It is also very sleek and elegant.

This coffee cup/phone charger is awesome! The mug is sleek and lightweight and easy to use. You can control it right on the mug or use the app to determine temperature. It is so nice to not have to microwave my coffee because it never gets cold! I put my cold creamer in it first and give it a few minutes to warm, then add my coffee. It is great to be able to carry the mug around and not have to be tethered to a physical coffee warmer, too. The base charges the cup and also allows you to wirelessly charge your phone, which is super convenient. Recommend!

This coffee mug is amazing. The quality of it is sturdy, it cleans well, not heavy even with drink in it. The control for heat is easy on both the cup and the app. It's a perfect size for first thing in the morning. HIGHLY recommend and looking at possibly purchasing more as gifts.

I like to drink hot coffee in my office (unless it’s cold brew) . It was nice having my coffee and water hot all day My cup of coffee was nice and hot .functionality: it is easy to use and control temp. I like that the charger doubles as a wireless phone charger and the cord is long. Perfect to put in officeThis is great for on the go coffee drinkers, travel or anyone who doesn’t like to or can’t reheat coffee all the time.

I absolutely love this coffee tumbler! I've purchased 2 ember mugs (fancy name brand) and they are nothing compared to this! What is the difference? Admittedly my two ember mugs do not have lids (look just like a coffee cup) but they do not keep the coffee warm indefinitely even if they are on the charger. The bluetooth function on those are also very wanky if you have an android device. I haven't even tried the bluetooth function on this one (does it have one?) because I don't need to! It has a little digital display that tells you when it is charging, the temperature of the coffee, and the temperature you've got it set to stay at. It also tells you when you've turned it off because it has a little tiny power button. So you never have to wonder or check your phone tablet etc to see what it's doing. Not only that, but there were a few times that I forgot to hit the power on button (the charging display still shows even when it is turned off) and I took a sip only to find it was at about 100 degrees. I hit the power button and that bad boy REHEATED MY COFFEE back up to 150! (I think that's as high as it goes?) Ember absolutely cannot do that. I love this thing so much I bought a second one for the office. The only thing to be aware of, if this is a big deal for you, is that even with the lid it is not spill proof. So you'd need to be aware of that if taking it in the car etc. I don't normally write reviews but this one, I felt, really deserved a 5 star since it's not a brand you would have necessarily heard of. I've had the tumbler about 2 months now with absolutely no issues. Highly recommended!
