Besides a slight damage on the back cover (probebly while it being shipped... the toilet overall is amazing and looks great, sometimes I just go to bathroom just to look at it lol. Easy to use and to clean. Also So comfortable.

I am trying to work the remote to the toilet but it isn’t functioning at all. Someone said it needs to be paired to the toilet. I have no idea how. I don’t have the manual. Flushing really sucks. It’s the only thing I hate about this toilet.

Beautiful toilet & of good quality @ a very reasonable price. The install for plumber was a little challenging cause there are no predeilled holes to secure to concrete slab. So he had to use mirror on back wall while eyeing the drain to place toilet in perfect spot so he could glue down to secure. But, that was the plumbers problem to deal with. He got it on target. Now the first time I Sat it was perfectly temperature to sit, and when I use the bidet part, the water was perfectly temperature as well, and I used all the buttons on the remote, including the dry. and I have to say what a heavenly way to use the bathroom from here on out I’m gonna get another one for my other bathroom and another one for all the property well worth buying and if you’re a pooper like me, you’ll love to poop in this elegance lovely toilet
