oh i love my sprayer!!! i installed it myself , great quality and it just one of the best things invented!! i love how i can turn the faucet 360 degrees and it tall enough for the tallest stock pot i use that i can fill with ease. i do have another stock pot that super tall so i just place the pot in the floor and use the sprayer to fill it up and to be able to pause the water flow is simply amazing,

Great value for the price. I noticed a rattling sound from inside the head, so I removed the plastic aerator inside (see photo) and it fixed the problem. Great product.

Paid 63 for this faucet to replace a WaterRidge one that looked really cheap but cost more (and was now leaking after about 7 years). Getting that one out was a total PITA as the mounting hardware was rusted. Once we got the old one out, this new one was a breeze to install. No leaks, no issues. I was surprised that the handle turns forward for hot and back for cold. I instinctively thought it would be reversed. I suppose I could switch the lines. But anyway, the spray and stream and pause features work perfectly and it's nice to have the pull-down style. I was so irritated by the cheapiness of the waterridge that I initially wanted to buy a Delta or Moen faucet, but those were 200. This one is stainless and looks just as nice. Mounted it right on the granite rather than counter plate.

This is really a quality unit. I had replaced a very old unit for my daughter with a Delta unit. She never liked the unit so when it started to leak, she showed me this fixture that had all the features that she wanted. I looked at the price and thought - no way. I went ahead and ordered, but was prepared to send it back. When I got the package and opened it, I was pleasantly shocked - see picture. It was packed like a fine musical instrument! It was much easier to install than the removal of the Delta. When finished, it looked great. The control handle is mounted on the base which allow fine control. My daughter and family love it. I also got an at-a-boy for the installation. I did plug the hole left by the old spray unit.

This is easy to install, really nice looking and working product. We replaced old faucet we had ~10 years (which started to leak) and were very happy. After about month of use, however, something inside the faucet did "swoosh" and hot water line was completely sealed off. Well, nothing is perfect... I have no idea what could cause that - hot water line is fine. So we had - on December 24 - no hot water in the kitchen. I swapped the old faucet I still had in the basement to get us working and contacted company for help. After few e-mails they simply sent me a new item. We are back in business just after New Year. Considering the timing - all communications and shipping was happening during Christmas holidays - I think this is actually outstanding consumer service.

Excellent value for a great and sleek looking faucet. We are doing a kitchen remodel and just got the new counter and sink where this faucet was installed. Our house was built in the late 70s so we did have to replace the hot/cold connectors under the sink as the newer faucets like this one use a 9/16” water line connection. Other then that the install was simple and the faucet works great with excellent water pressure. I like the pause button on the handle to temporarily stop the water, very convenient feature.

Just installed this faucet. With no long term use assessment, my brief opinion on this product is this. Looked at many similar products with higher cost, but I can’t find the compromise on this reasonably fairly priced unit. The faucet and components seems solid and sturdy, quality material and finish. Has a luxury feel. The main nut that holds it on has two tension/locking screws, Nice design works great! The water pressure is not that great. You may consider removing the flow restrictor ( little blue porous plastic plug in valve (not wand) , see parts book). If you like the high faucet design, a definite buy.

I am writing this review without any incentive but to say this product worked for me!I bought this faucet along with the Frizzlife filtered water faucet kit, partly bc the design of the two faucets looked similar and the metal finishes looked similar. I am happy with both.I had trouble installing but it wasn't due to either of the faucets. My 20-yo valve under the sink was leaking when I tried to turn off the water, and... the old faucet was impossible to remove! I ended up spending all day fixing the valve and then had to dremel off the old faucet! But putting on the two faucets was actually a piece of cake. Especially the MSTJRY. The hoses are really flexible and it made the install very easy. I just hope them hoses last!The faucet itself is nice looking enough (see pics). One of the reviewers said that the water flow is "all or nothing" but that is definitely not true. You can control the water flow. I found the spray to be too splashy at full water, but usable at lower water. We are using mainly the non-spray mode. The pause button... I haven't used it much yet. To pause, you must press-n-hold. It would be nice if it was press release to turn on/off.Big shoutout to AMZN for delivering my order free next day via Prime. I ordered the parts on Sat, and started working on yanking the old faucet on Sunday and working on the broken valve, and later in the day, the faucets arrived and I installed them without too much trouble.
