I found these for us in my rental business. Although I am otherwise paperless, I like to keep some important originals around. I keep the original application, rental agreement, and tenant contact information neatly organized in here.Very sturdy--heavier stock than your typical manilla folder. Prongs are securely attached, and the prongs don't stick through the other side of the page, avoiding potential snags.Perfect for my task.
