To remove old and install new, you have to remove several fender rivets and use all your strenth to pull the fender flare apart from the inner fender well. THEN you have to finagle the light out. Once that's out and you put the neosporin and band-aid on your scraped knuckles, you have to try to pull the flare out enough to get the new light in. Once it's in , it looks awesome, but it took me 20 minutes on each side compared to 5 minutes for the headlights!

Although these are plug n play electrically, the physical fit is unacceptable and of poor design. These are far too thick than OEM causing the fender to push out disallowing the proper alignment of fender rivet fasteners. It was a fight to install, the fit is awful and plus the lens actually broke off because of the aggressive nature of the installation; force was needed to realign fasteners. They are staying in place for now until I find a proper fitting replacement. It's sad because I like the smoke and brightness.

Looks great fitting is kinda difficult its thicker than the stock one so you cannot snap in the last push tab on the fender. the easiest way is to probably removed the fender to do this. but worth it in the end.

installation was easy. The plastic is a good quality. The full light itself however was alittle too thick and it was difficult to reclip the plastics on the fender. A slimer plastic rivet did the trick. Installed on a 2012 jeep jk sahara. All in all ive tried a few different kinds and these are the best.

First off, I read the reviews for this product and several similar ones. I went with these because they were the cheapest and there were similar complaints for all of them. These specifically had some comments saying "they will NOT fit in painted fenders" well they fit for me just fine even with my painted fenders. I had to apply a little pressure to get the fender pin holes lined back up, but it wasnt hard. Honestly, I think these fit better than the OEM ones I replaced them with and I got them installed in less than 30 min. See the pictures. So far they installed easy, they look GREAT, and as long as they hold up I am very pleased with these, and glad I didnt waste $40 on a set of expensive ones.

Nice lights and they not only look good but no more blown bulbs. I gave it 4 stars on ease of installing because they are not the exact thickness of the OEM lights pulling the fender back over enough so the bottom hole (foward most retainer you had to remove) would not line up to get the retainer back in. I had to slightly enlarge the hole. Considerable elbow grease required. Other than that they are nice lights.
