Ordered two of these a month ago and only got to assembling it today, tool kit set is missing from one of the sets so it can't even be built.

I am 6'1" and ~200 lbs, and after about a year of use this chair begins to slowly (or quickly) sink after most sittings, and when it doesn't do that it merely lowers 2-3 inches per time used. Constant adjustment has led to back, shoulder, and neck pain as well as frustration.The pad also is insufficient, and I had to purchase an additional cushion for both comfort and height due to the aforementioned sinking.Finally, the foot rest does not stay in place no matter how much tightening is attempted, and the gasket/spacer is falling apart.It's unfortunate that it needs to be replaced after such a short time in use, but here we are.

Assembly was easy, it’s comfortable, the arms and seat go up and down easily, the foot rest is great (I use it to stand on when I need to raise the seat).I have low back injuries from a car accident and have trouble finding chairs that support the spine and don’t lean back or cause the upper back to push forward (lumbar support placement). I’m very happy with this chair and recommend it.

Sturdy, easy to put together, comfortable and has great height when fully lifted. Works perfect for viewing a computer on a very high counter top. It is a great deal at the price and I'm completely satisfied.

Its comfortable, however it has stopped holding its position after 5 months of use. However, their customer service is great. They sent a replacement "air rod" and so far so good. I had at one star initially because of the defect. It now gets a four.

I like the ergonomics of a standing desk, but sometimes need to sit. This chair can extend high enough to sit comfortably at this height. Package came quickly and was easy to assemble. I am giving it a good rating for its price range. However, this is my second one as the pneumatic cylinder was beginning to fail after 2.5 years of heavy use on my first purchase.

Good for having at a standing desk, but not the best at keeping at the height you set it. I haven't even figured out the pattern yet but sometimes you'll set it to match your preferred height, sit down, and suddenly it drops back down to its default. It sticks for a while when you fix it after that, but eventually it of course does it again.Other than that, the adjustable foot rest gets loose rather easily, usually have to fiddle with it about once a week if I even remember to. Also if you sit weird in chairs like me, maybe add a cushion to your seat since you can feel some of the bolts under the seat pretty easily.Obviously, i got it for the price, and it does its job. Only reason there's not much positive review here is because the flaws overshadowed the pros in my mind but I'm not about to just toss it or anything.

Was very easy to assemble. Took minutes and no issues with parts or instructions. The seat’s curvature for the lower back is perfect. The foot ring I didn’t think was important until I used the chair. Very necessary for leg comfort in my opinion. The ring is sturdy to use to step on and climb into the chair when the chair is up high. There is a knob to tighten the foot ring, and after daily use for weeks now, I haven’t had to tighten the ring yet.. but will if it feels loose in any way. Highly recommend this chair. It’s a good value considering what I’ve seen smaller or lesser varieties go for, price-wise. My desk is 38” high and the chair height and the arm rests adjust for max comfort during use and storing the chair underneath the desk when not in use. Great purchase!
