I was hesitant to buy because I wasn't convinced they would fit or be easy to install. Just read directions and it took only about 15 minutes to install. Note-When putting caps back on push cap while turning the key.

These cross bars work great. Very good fit on my 2022 KIA Sorento. I did look at some YouTube videos when first installing.

Took me a while to figure out that the long bar went in the front instead of the back, which had me confused for a bit. Overall these seem pretty sturdy and secure. Relatively easy to install. Good value versus other models.

I’ve used the Snailfly Roof Racks Cross Bars on my 2021 Kia Sorento for two camping trips, and they’ve performed flawlessly. The installation was straightforward, and they fit perfectly without any modifications. The cross bars feel solid and secure, even when loaded with heavy camping gear. What impressed me the most was how quiet they are while driving. There was minimal wind noise, even at highway speeds. They’ve handled rough roads and varying weather conditions with no issues. The sleek design complements the car's look, and they seem built to last.If you need reliable and durable roof racks for your Kia Sorento, these are an excellent choice. Highly recommended for outdoor enthusiasts!

prosBars, locking mechanism, materials and hardware are tough no worries thereThey look good, fit and finish is fine for the most partPanoramic moonroof clearance is fineEasy install for the most partA bit of wind noise as expected seeing the design, don’t expect this type of setup to be totally quietconsYou will probably have to use clamps to be able to lock the larger covers the first time aroundThe smaller key covers fit kinda loose, which is odd since everything else fit super tight. There is a positive click when they engage but once they’re set, they move around quite a bit. It might be because without a bit of play, they would be too difficult to remove, guess we’ll see how they hold up with time. A design that would use a tab or clip could take care of thatOverall, very good value

Overall: Solid crossbar that will hold a bag or whatever attachment. Obviously, better ones exist but this one will do the trick for more mild weather conditions. If you are in freezing conditions I expect that water will get in the cover and freeze it. Although, I am not sure why anyone would need to take it off at that point anyway. That said, works great for us.Good:1. Price2. Easy to install3. Rubber on clamps4. Plenty of room for sunroof5. Doesn't make too much noiseBad:1. Poor instructions (but there are youtube videos)2. Didn't have hex key (fallen wrench) needed for install3. Can't go all the way back on the rails but goes far enough4. The clamp covers aren't a perfect fit5. The lock cover needs a gasket or something to make it fit tighter. Water will definitely get in there if it's raining. I don't think that it will negatively affect anything in the short term but it might make some parts rust in the long term.

Glad I bought these! Super nice and easy to put on! Only problem is I’ve only had these for about a month and the cover on one of them broke and came off on the freeway 🤣😭

The product came with 1 page instruction very small pictures and no words. The cross rails feel sturdy. The bars went on easy, but the last step is to put the cover and lock on. These would not go on once the cross bars are on the car. Took bars off and was able to get the cover on. Then took cover off to reinstall the rails and the cover/lock would not engage, since the instructions are poor, there was no way to see what was wrong. I am pretty handy and I have put together items such as ikea furniture, other rails, etc. but because of lack of direction, this is very poor and I would not recommend this,

It took a couple of days, but I finally got the covers to fit...Okay, here's the TLDR version: They look good, almost like OEM, and very sturdy compared to others that I have tried and did not work. Fit and finish are a 6.5 out of 10. Covers require some manipulation, it's not just about using a torque wrench... I had to put some pressure on the plastic just below the lock to get the locks to engage... CAUTION: With the torque wrench set at 50LBS as the directions said, it stripped out the screwheads...Looks and performance: The fit and finish are not perfect, but good enough. They pass the 10ft and 3 ft tests. They look very similar to the OEM parts, and the connection to the rail is very sturdy. They seal off well on the top, and I looked for the clamps to have hooks on both sides to catch the contours on the rails which these do. Some of the "universal" cross bars have a flat side and no matter how much you tighten them, you can pull them off by hand. I gave these a thorough testing and I am confident they will do well.Installation and Instructions: The instructions are not great... but if you are intuitive they are pretty easy to install. The biggest challenge I had was determining the location of the bars. After doing some research, I placed them over/near the door seams.- Make sure they are at least 30 inches apart.- The distance from the top of the windshield is important for reducing wind noise, other the front door seam did pretty well for me.Tightening these was also a bit of a mystery. I hand-tightened them with the Allen Key that was provided, and even at that, they seemed pretty sturdy. However, the instructions call for a torque wrench set at ~50lbs. I was never able to actually tighten them down to the point where the torque wrench released. I ended up stopping out all of the screwheads (if this happens, you can use some channel-lock of vise grip pliers and get the screws off. The screws are M6 x 100 35mm)We went out for a drive and got up to 65 mph and didn't have any noticeable wind noise. As I mentioned above, the position/distance from the top of the windshield will be key to minimizing the noise.
