Easy install, I had to adjust one bracket using a file to open one of the bolt holes just a touch. Otherwise used the included instructions plus the Honda instructions. The Honda guide has torque values. On the driver side you do have to cut the fabric cover but no where near as much as the Honda guide suggests, I just cut a slit verse the guides instruction for a wide opening and no issues. Nice that you can adjust the depth of the running board to your liking. Steel brackets and an aluminum running board with plastic end caps. Seem very sturdy and help with getting in/out and accessing the roof.

Good product, but it would have been a 5 Star if the instruction were better and clearer. It referred me to a You Tube video to demonstrate install (On a Acura, I have a Honda Pilot 2023).....It showed only the Passenger side, which was easy....the complexity came when I did the Driver's side., although it tells you, you might have to make some cuts......no explanation or instruction on the real work needed to install However it fits nicely and saved me some money from Honda product & install, they need to work on instruction (future buyers, it fits nicely, but do your research)...... a one (1) inch square picture just doesn't cut it.

The running board is very good and perfectly aligned with my Honda pilot. It was missing bolts to clamps that goes under the car, but a big deal as I just got in auto zone which is better than returning. The email and phone number for customer care is not functional, but sorted through Amazon messaging.
