They hold firm but not excessively, the cable feels nice and flexible. They are dual shielded which while not entirely necessary is never a bad thing to have. Wish they had a shorter option but can't complain much. They are well priced rca cables with good shielding for noisy environments, if that's what your looking for these will work well for you.

These cables are pretty good quality for the price. The terminals look sturdy and the cable is the appropriate length for my needs. The sheath makes it look nice as well. Highly recommend!

didnt have any problems fitting this from my old retro marantz receiver to a eversolo dmp-a6. old to new technology .

I used this cable to connect a record player with an A/V receiver/amplifier so I could play records through my surround sound system. This cable hit the mark for what appears to be a good quality cable at a reasonable price. The nylon braid gives the cable good flexibility and a quality feel. The metal (aluminum?) terminals add to this quality feel. Beyond the look and feel of the cable, it simply works. I cannot speak to noise interference, shielding, etc.If you want a quality looking cable that will transmit a signal down the line, I think this one is completely reasonable.

Straight Banana plugs work perfectly in my new Fluance speakers. Angled banana plugs were a tight fit in my Sony AN-1000 receiver but they worked.
