I’ve spent the last freaking four hours dealing with Amazon and Sun Joe because know one at Sun Joe knows how to answer the phone after waiting 17:32 for different times some one answered then hung up! All I need is the correct fitting replacement time shaft but known one can help me. The machine worked great for the two years it’s time to get another time spindle but know buddy knows what the freak they are doing. Thanks to having everything dealt with out of our country so therefore they can’t help not transfer anyone to the us. So done with this company!!!

Just want you to know that this tine cylinder will NOT fit your Sun Joe combination 801E dethatcher/scarifyer.Amazon DOES offer a cylinder that will fit your machine. Pay attention to what you order.This cylinder is made for the SunJoe AJ800E only. NOT the 801E.I ordered this product because I discovered that the "scarifyer" cylinders fit my machine, regardless of length in description. I got it wrong with the dethatcher. Save yourself some time, and order a dethatcher that will fit your 801 machine/ not an 800.If you have a SunJoe AJ800E Dethatcher (no Scarifyer,) this might be what you need. Great price.

I had look everywhere on the internet for these replacement parts. I was very glad a new shipment came in. Due to this difficulty finding I bought two. I wore the originals tines down to nubs trying to remove moss that covered my lawn.(Not what I should have done, as it is meant for thatching) I had not thatched my lawn in years. The parts only fit the Sunjoe Thatcher. It does a great job thatching.

The dethatcher overheats and causes the plastic parts to melt in heavy use. The replacement part was easy to install and going forward one must use a heavy extension cord (12 gauge) to avoid overheating or restrict use to 15 minutes checking for overheating.
