Got this for my garage. I needed something that wouldn't interfere with the garage door when opened. This fan worked perfect for that. The light is bright and adjustable from bright white, warm, or natural to dim white, warm, or natural. The three speed fan is also nice. It seemed great when I first used it, but after turning the light switch off and reentering the garage a few hours later, the thing got really quirky. The remote quit working. The light was on, but I couldn't get the fan to work. Turned the switch off and on, then the remote worked for the fan speeds, but no light. Turned the light switch off and on again, then everything worked properly again. Quirky! The other problem was the noisy fan. It has a roar or rumbling to it that gets louder with the increased fan speed. I have an apartment over my garage and I went upstairs to the apartment and man was it loud up there. If I have guests staying, I won't be able to use the fan. So basically, I am taking it out. Thinking it may work in my wife's planting shed, if she doesn't mind a little rumbling sound. "Update" 21 March 25. I installed and wrote the fan and wrote the review on 18 March 25 giving it 3 stars. I now drop it to 1 star. Went out today and it is dead. Nothing works art all. So it lasted 3 days and never worked properly during those days. I Do Not Recommend!
