This is the best stringing wire. I only buy this, and I've been making beaded jewelry for many years

Softflex is a great beading wire, I use it for everything I make except for pieces where I individually knot the beads. Medium works well for all but the heaviest beads, I used the Heavy Softflex for those. If you are using gemstones or size 15 seed beads, you'll likely need the Fine weight of Softflex. You can get Softflex in various colors, but I find this Medium in the basic silver works well for most projects.

As a jewelry designer for 19 years, I try to use the best possible wire..and SOFT FLEX is my favorite..using the different sizes for different weights of beads...my primary size is 19/ medium gauge....this wire doesn’t kink or leave bent places when using...I love the coating that covers the wire....the colored SOFT FLEX is fun to use when stringing clear crystals, as well as the colored beads..for me, there just is no comparison with other wires...SOFT FLEX does costs more, but for me it’s the quality that comes through when putting jewelry together..I have to know that when I am putting my jewelry together , that my wire is dependable ...

I usually use Flexrite 49 strand wire but Soft Flex original was highly recommended to me by several different jewelry crafters. It is easy to use and is a bit more flexible than the Flexrite. It does not crink or bend easily and it holds its' shape nicely. The only thing that hold me back from giving it 5 stars is that is is .001 thicker than the Flexrite which means that I cannot use it with fresh water pearls or stones that have a very fine stringing hole. That one .001 makes a huge difference. I will use the Soft Flex along with Flexrite 49 as they are both top quality products for my jewelry making.
