The pad itself is great and used a previous type for many years. I type (for note taking) while on phone at work. This keeps from experiencing pain in neck/shoulder when using phone. You can rest phone receiver on your shoulder while typing or writing. The only drawback is the adhesive that came with it. Didn't work and kept peeling off. I purchased another adhesive, but ended up using epoxy to keep the adhesive from pulling away from this device.

Works great and is very comfortable. It has a perfect cut out for your trapezius. For a staggering $10.⁰⁰, its a steal. People that complain regarding its characteristics, probably just want someone to hold the handset to their head for them.

Okay lets go back to the 80"s/90"s I am so thankful that they still make these!! I work at a call center for and ophthalmologist office and my headset dies in less than an hour so I just don't use it anymore, it takes longer to charge than I get to use it. So I remembered these form times long ago lol. Well my wish from past was amazing I placed my order and was worried about some of the reviews, some people had issues with them not sticking. I just ordered anyway. When it got here before taking off the paper to stick it to my phone I played around with where I would want it on the phone. Found the right placement for me. Then I just wiped my phone down with and alcohol pad fist to remove the oils that our hands leave behind. I let it dry for about 60 sec, then peeled and placed it on and held firm but stead pressure for 30-60 sec. It has held since them with out and lifting of any kind, as of this review its been over a month now

I bought this for a coworker who was constantly squeezing the phone between her chin and shoulder while looking up stuff on the computer.This simple item has made her life a little easier. I would buy it again, if needed.

⭐⭐⭐This shoulder rest gets the job done when it comes to providing support for my phone calls, but I have to admit it's not the most comfortable to use. While it effectively takes the strain off my shoulder during longer conversations, the design and materials used could be improved for better comfort. Despite this, I appreciate that it serves its purpose and helps prevent discomfort during calls. If you're looking for a functional phone shoulder rest and comfort is less of a concern, this could still be a suitable option.
