Terrible quality. 8 awg wire. The ferrules not properly crimped and the plastic locking nuts are purposely sent broken so that they fit in the space which means you can't tighten it to a good seal, and as mentioned elsewhere, wrong ends.

The box & the breaker look very good. It even appeared that the polarity of the connectors were correct. But the wire leads don't look to be rated for anywhere near 32 amps

The connectors were installed wrong so I had to swap them around and crimp on new connectors. The wire grommets were also broken (it appears they were just super glued in place.

I’m using this circuit breaker in between my solar panels and the batteries.. If I have a problem with the panels, cables and need to work on them, I can just knock the circuit breaker.. Its made very well, easy to install by just plugging in, but I’m not going to use the cables with the MC4 connectors already on the breaker, I’m going to wire in my solar cables directly to the breaker, and still use the housing, and that will eliminate MC4 connectors... Even though it says waterproof, I wasn’t planning on installing it outside of my camper, it will be mounted inside where my batteries are.The circuit breaker is a great price too… This is a great seller too.. if you have a question, they respond quickly to your messages.. Would recommend this circuit breaker to anyone who has solar, and I recommend this seller.

This item is extremely well built and will find it perfect in your solar system. Very easy connection system and the build seems high-quality. I would be happy using this with any victron system or anything I spent actual good money on.For the money, it’s definitely perfect pricing and I’m very impressed by it. A lot of the sore stuff you get on here suck but this is great.

Good inline disconnect with pre-terminated ends. You do need to take it apart if you want to mount it. When you do, make sure the wires are pushed in fully.

The CGELE solar disconnect switch appears to be well built. It is IP65 rated and uses quality MC4 connectors. The unit measures about 7" overall, with the main body being about 4 1/2" inches long and 2" wide. It uses a double 500V DC 32A circuit breaker which is enclosed in the weatherproof housing that has O-ring seals. It comes with extra MC4 connectors, solar wrench and mounting hardware.I like the construction of the unit, that it is weatherproof and has a high voltage rating. As other reviews have pointed out, the MC4 connector configuration is not standard and will not match standard solar panel wiring. It comes wired with male connectors at both ends of the positive wires and female connectors at both ends of the negative wires. Their wiring diagram on the Amazon webpage has it correctly with a male and female connector at each end of the positive and negative wires.
