This uv protectant is incredible! I bought a very colorful rug for the deck of my drab brown lake house which is full sun all day. I found this Solar Shield spray & thought I would give it a try. To my delight I was amazed! I applied two light coats instead of one heavy coat. As u can see in the photo it still looks amazing & it is 7 years old !!! If you’ve ever had an outdoor rug in full sun you know this just doesn’t happen without some sort of intervention. I also have used it on my patio furniture cushions. It does not have the feel like you’ve coated the fabric with anything. Some sprays can feel sticky. I would highly recommend this product …. Hope I can always find it ! If you’re on the fence … bye it. One treatment per summer season is all u need

I can’t imagine why this product doesn’t yet have a ton of glowing reviews?? We’ve been using Solar Shield for more than 2 years and religiously spray our fabric furniture covers with it every Spring to help reduce stains, soil, water and sun damage. This product is amazing! We live in the city and there is a lot of pollution and dust in the air -- along with many birds flying around. We haven’t had a single stain that we’ve been unable to get out since we started treating our covers with Solar Shield -- and when it rains, water just beads off the fabric like magic! It seems to create a strong barrier to the elements -- and gives us peace of mind that our furniture will be protected. In fact, we’re just about to purchase our fifth 1-gallon bottle! :-)

doesn't even look like it lasted for than 1 week. Did it do anything? What a rip!
