Easy to apply with brush in the cap, it cures easily, is completely clear and is bone dry with no sticky quality.

It comes in just shy of $20 for 0.5oz - but it is completely worth it. Other products are too thick to use effectively as head cement, or are unable to clear as hard and smooth as this stuff. I've tied 100s of flies with one bottle, so you won't be running out soon.Low odor, dries fast, not tacky, strong, and looks clean. Completely replaced head cement, and can also make smooth and slick perdigons with ease. Complete game changer with fly tying. Can not recommend enough.

This is a thin, clear, fast hardening resin. Also perfect for putting a small ramp where a replaced tip-top meets the original wraps. It can enable a tiny juncture with a nice, slightly raised joint. If you feel you used too much or put it on where you didn't want to, just wipe it off and try again. No pressure. Wonderful. I use mostly for Perdigon flies. Again, perfect.

Immediately upon receiving this UV glue I used it. I especially like the unique brush. I found it easy to apply and control using my rotory vise. It hardened very quickly once I applied the UV light. The finished dried glue was not sticky and very hard. Wonderful!Only one thing I altered....Since the bottle base is somewhat small, I glued it onto something a little bit wider in diameter to help prevent knocking it over by accident.

Exactly as one would expect based on its name. This is an extraordinarily thin resin, and wicks into anything to which it's applied in a hurry. This is not the right choice for building up a wing case type of lump on a Copper John. But it's a fantastic choice to replace head cement with a tiny drop on the final whip finish on any fly. It immediately soaks into the thread, and becomes invisible, yet indestructible once zapped with a UV light. The bone dry part of the name is equally as true. There is no tack at all once zapped.Just keep this stuff out of the sun, even through your window at your tying desk, as it will start to harden in a big hurry in any sunlight.

This product works great.. I use this product for sealing thread on bucktails and fluke jigs, also adhering eyes to jigs. I quickly dries/ hardens with UV light. Its a bit pricey for the size of the bottle, I wish they offered this in a larger quantity.Pro tip: when you think the bottle is empty, its not the bush doesn't reach toothed bottom. I top off a new bottle with the old, there is usually a lot left.

Finally decided to take the plunge and bought a cheap UV light which works great with this product. I never bought this product before because I did not have a UV light and didn't want to spend so much on the light and then the product, but now everything seems to work great.I always had problems in the past with head cement turning solid on me in between my occasional tying. Hoping now with this product that it will not turn solid on me. Time will tell, so 4 stars for now.
