It looks very solid, but the handle was attached loosely and fell off. I don't have an alien wrench to attach itThe return is $7.00 and not worth it. They should include the alien wrench or its design flow

Perfect! Shiny chrome and all metal! Heavy duty and the arm rotates very smoothly. I couldn't be happier that I got this. I am connecting this to an already existing shower mount with a hose, but I needed to split the line for a water flosser that I am made. That is why I needed this diverter. No leaks at all and works great
